Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary project manager for all renovation projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and profitability from start to finish Set overall direction, priorities, and standards for the Renovations division Develop and approve construction schedules, timelines, and budgets before work begins Serve as the main point of contact for customers on project status, scope changes, and issue resolution Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, pricing, and scope of work Review and approve material procurement, take-offs, and major purchase decisions Oversee project profitability, tracking costs against budget and addressing overruns Direct and support the Assistant Director in daily site execution, staging, and crew coordination Resolve escalated issues from the Assistant Director involving budget, scope, schedule, or customer satisfaction Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards Report on division performance, project pipeline, and financial results to ownership/leadership Identify opportunities to improve processes, margins, and customer experience across the divisionQualifications 7 years minimum (10 years preferred) experience in construction or renovation project management, with prior leadership or supervisory experience Proven track record managing project budgets, schedules, and profitability Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and permitting/compliance requirements Excellent negotiation and vendor/subcontractor management skills Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflict Experience managing or mentoring direct reports Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, and estimates Proficiency with project management and estimating software Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites and the officeBenefits Salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, vision benefits Up to 3% matching retirement recblid 3r8u6j88mkue2b0x9gab2k3c4qdz56
