Site :

Lead daily operations on active job sites with strong attention to safety, quality, and scheduling Manage the

Team :

Motivate crews and subcontractors, promoting a results-driven and respectful jobsite culture Stay on

Top of It All :

Maintain detailed daily reports—progress, labor, equipment, schedule shifts, and field communications Know the

Plans :

Interpret construction documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, contracts) to ensure proper execution Handle the

Pressure :

Keep project timelines and budgets under control—even when things get complicated Be the

Go-To :

Coordinate with clients, inspectors, architects, city officials, and vendors from start to finish

Deliver Clean Closeouts :

Oversee punch list work and ensure projects wrap up on time, every time What We're Looking For Experience managing construction projects across big-box retail (e.g., Walmart), grocery , fuel stations , and theatres 5+ years in a Superintendent or construction site leadership role Willingness and ability to travel full-time across the U.S. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field documentation OSHA certification or SWPPP training (preferred) Why Join TMS Construction?
