The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading the organization in alignment with its mission, vision, and values. The GM will lead initiatives focused on strategic planning, program development, financial management, personnel management, compliance, and customer engagement.

https://tooltechcellular.com/what-we-do/ GENERAL DUTIES Personnel Management Champion continued development of staff by assessing need and implementing initiatives (direct & train) Serve as a mentor and guide to leadership team; facilitate meetings. Prep and lead All Hands meeting . Job Management Research, prepare, submit & maintain bidding process. Support change order initiatives. Manage job closing activities. Research, negotiate, and implement effective purchasing practices & processes internally and with vendors, clients, subcontractors, etc.. Lead initiatives to assess, manage, interpret and develop policies and procedures related to job preparation and management. Documentation/Certifications Utilize a variety of computer-based programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, Trello. Maintain appropriate certifications. Maintain working knowledge of industry specifics. Strategic Company Development Serve as key decision maker in company, set goals, implement activities to meet goals, and evaluate success. Prepare and manage strategic growth campaigns, including (but not limited to) structural assessment, compensation plans. Lead initiatives to assess, manage, interpret and develop policies and procedures. Research, develop and maintain relationships throughout a wide range of industry contacts. Develop, manage, & analyze budget and financial operations. Ensure financial targets are met, implement financial systems, approve expenditures, and make decisions that impact overall fiscal well-being.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years' leadership experience (managing projects) in construction, iron work, electrical work, maintenance, engineering or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties. Experience with business management concepts and implementation (administrative functions) Knowledge of wireless infrastructure construction Driver's License with a good driving record (past 3 years) Drug testing may be required Ability to travel throughout the northwest Preferred Experience in wireless infrastructure.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional field work, travel, and driving vehicle required in all weather conditions. Most work is performed in an office setting, requiring sedentary work at a computer.
