Job Description:
Project Manager - Mechanical Construction We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee complex HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Overview:
You will lead all aspects of commercial mechanical projects, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical projects Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout Collaborate with owners, GCs, engineers, and field leadership
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience Strong background in large commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems Proven leadership and communication skills
