Position Summary Mosaic Construction Services is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations. This role is responsible for managing daily field activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and code compliance, and maintaining project schedule performance. The Superintendent plays a critical role in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Coordination Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor activities from project start to completion Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers, and project teams Scheduling & Project Execution Develop and maintain lookahead schedules Conduct regular foreman and subcontractor meetings Monitor progress and address delays proactively Quality & Safety Management Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Enforce OSHA guidelines and company safety policies Problem Solving & Field Support Resolve on-site issues, including delays, conflicts, and technical challenges Assist in reviewing RFIs and submittals and provide input on construction methods Communication & Reporting Provide weekly project updates to the Project Manager Maintain clear communication between field teams and office staff Qualifications Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices Understanding of OSHA safety standards and code compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Technical Skills Procore (preferred) Bluebeam Microsoft Office Suite Work Environment Active construction job site environment Regular walking, climbing, and physical activity required Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or extended hours Travel may be required depending on project location Why Join Mosaic Construction Services?
