  • $150,000 per year Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of construction. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation. Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships. Monitor project performance and proactively address schedule, budget, and quality concerns. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards. Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover. Qualifications Required 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred General contractor experience. Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Why Apply?
