We are working with a growing, family owned construction firm that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a job title. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience with healthcare and/or industrial construction strongly preferred
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs and submittals
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
• Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred

COMPENSATION

$90,000 to $115,000+ base salary, depending on experience and level
