Job Description
job summary: An Assistant Quality Superintendent is needed for a leading GC. The Assistant Quality Superintendent will be responsible to lead field-focused quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will take ownership of trade management and oversee the quality team to ensure all installations meet strict project specifications and construction schedules. By collaborating closely with subcontractors, owners, and architects, you will drive the successful execution of QA/QC programs from pre-installation through final inspection. Candidates must possess 5+ years of field construction or management experience on very large commercial or industrial projects, paired with a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in QA/QC tracking technologies and construction platforms like Bluebeam, BIM360, and Smartsheet is required. Blueprint reading skills and the ability to identify document redundancies are essential to succeed. This is a direct-hire role and relocation is available for qualified candidates.
