Job Description Plan and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project requirements. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is performed to specifications. Maintain clear and effective communication among all project participants. The Successful Applicant A successful PM/Super should have: Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish, ideally up to the $30M range. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively. Ability to manage budgets and schedules while ensuring project goals are met. Problem-solving skills to handle challenges and conflicts during projects.
