Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire construction process from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and closeout. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Manage and coordinate all project-related meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings. Ensure that all project-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that all project-related safety requirements are met.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or commercial construction, ideally ground up. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore or similar project management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
