Responsibilities:

Manage all daily field operations and onsite construction activities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Develop and maintain short-term schedules and drive the overall project schedule Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, architects, and consultants Monitor quality control and ensure work conforms to drawings and specifications Enforce site safety requirements and maintain a strong safety culture Identify potential schedule, constructability, and coordination issues before they impact the project Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout Maintain daily reports and accurate documentation of field activities Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial general contractor Experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred OSHA certification preferred Ability to work on projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia area A bit about us:
