Objective:

Manage sheet metal construction projects from start to final completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards Responsibilities Lead the buy-out process of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring proper tracking and documentation Prepare and submit monthly progress billings to the owner, monitor responses, and manage cash flow effectively Expedite all submittals to prevent project delays and oversee project closeout activities, including submission of close-out documents and warranties Coordinate with safety personnel and field teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and effective operations Collect and track potential cost changes, report findings to the Operations Manager for accurate project cost management Act as the primary representative of the company both internally and externally, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills Assist project engineers and superintendents as needed for field operations and project support Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects Requirements Thorough knowledge of Sheet Metal, HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping systems 3-5 years of construction experience, with a background in sheet metal projects Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a sense of priority and urgency Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and related computer skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
