Job Summary:
We are supporting a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager who can help drive complex construction work from planning through execution. Our team is looking for a candidate who can lead coordination, maintain schedule and budget control, and keep quality, safety, and stakeholder communication moving in the right direction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to support successful delivery. Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors through all phases of construction activity. Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and issues, and support mitigation actions when needed. Conduct site visits and inspections, while coordinating documentation and updates with stakeholders and senior management.
Required:
Must have 10+ years of aerial lines experience Ability to oversee multiple crews Ability to liaise between crews, PMs, engineers, and project construction management Must be available for an on-site assignment in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Must be able to support construction project planning, coordination, and execution.
