Job Title:
Sr Construction Manager (Transmission and Substation)
Location:
Berwyn, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced construction leader to help drive complex transmission and substation work from planning through execution. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate contractors, manage project controls, and keep safety, quality, and delivery standards aligned throughout each phase of construction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation projects. Lead project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to keep work moving forward effectively. Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and inspections to support quality and schedule adherence. Manage project risks, issues, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support successful delivery.
Required:
Experience managing construction activities related to electrical transmission and substation projects. Ability to oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall execution. Experience leading engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Experience procuring materials, equipment, and services for project delivery. Ability to prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
