Job Description

Straw Construction Co., Inc. a western PA Site Contractor is looking to hire a dependable full-time Project Superintendent to join our expanding company. The schedule for this position is generally Monday through Friday. Some flexibility is required.

Summary of work:

Complete ability to read and interpret construction plans and details. Manage all aspects of the construction project. Schedule personnel, material, equipment, and subcontractors for daily tasks. Monitor daily production and profitability. Ensure all work is in accordance with the contract documents. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Track work performed, identify change orders, and assist in cost input. Enforce company safety policies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in supervising construction projects. Ability of read, interpret, and understand project plans, specifications, and scope of work. DOT experience would be a plus.
