Position Overview Durable Surfaces LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple construction and concrete restoration projects. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational, financial, and communication skills who can effectively manage projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing office-based project management with travel to active job sites. The successful candidate must be willing to work in person from our Chester Springs, PA office and travel approximately 30% of the time, including air travel, to support projects and clients across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has experience managing construction projects, building strong client relationships, overseeing project budgets, and collaborating with field and office teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Lead project meetings and communicate progress, updates, and potential risks. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial performance. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively. Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Prepare and present project status reports and performance metrics. Support and mentor project teams while fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage project closeout activities, including warranty documentation, final invoicing, and retainage collection. Visit project sites to oversee operations and provide support to field personnel. Continuously improve project management processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications 3-5 years of construction project management experience required Experience managing project budgets and financial performance required Strong client relationship and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of construction project management principles Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software PMP Certification is a plus Travel & Work Requirements This is an in-person position based at our Chester Springs, PA office. Candidates must be able to commute to and work from our Chester Springs office when not traveling to project sites. Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30% of the time. Travel includes both ground and air travel based on project location. Candidates must be comfortable flying to project sites as business needs require. Travel may include overnight stays and occasional multi-day trips. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
