Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. A key part of this role will be managing company financials on Quickbooks and associated software programs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and office management duties. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing. Daily management of company banking. Communication with dedicated tech team for equipment support. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide support as a personal assistant to the General Manager and Owners Experience Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications relevant to office management, i.e Microsoft, and Quickbooks. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.
