We are looking for an experienced leader in our operations department to help develop new installation members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop new installation members in the field. Perform service and warranty work in the field. Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. Inspect Installation. Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations. Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business. Monitor installers quality of work in field. Build relationships in the field. May require you float or travel to other areas/regions in future for position Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information. Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors. Cover, assist, and train in other areas. Responsible for lifting and pulling objects up to 50 pounds Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Extensive Bathroom experience Open to traveling for position Minor plumbing experience Results-oriented.

Education and/or Experience Minimum of a high school diploma with a certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, education beyond high school a plus. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, etc electrical Driving is a requirement for this position. A valid driver's license is required. Vehicle insurance as required by state law is required. Satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle report. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong attention to detail. The Field Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing all aspects of the process.
