Contract Position Working Pattern:
3 Week Rotation Week 1: Early morning flight to arrive on site no later than noon on Monday. (Monday 12pm
  • 4pm & Tuesday
  • Saturday 7am
  • 4pm) Week 2: Monday to Saturday (7am
  • 4pm) Week 3: Monday to Wednesday (Monday
  • Tuesday 7am
  • 4pm & Wednesday 7am
  • 11:30am).
Travel home Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) site activities and coordinate workforce operations. Monitor progress against project schedules and support timely delivery of milestones. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Carry out inspections and quality checks, identifying and managing defects through to close-out. Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is submitted and tracked appropriately. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor labour levels, productivity, and progress on site. Ensure completed works are adequately protected and any damage is reported and addressed promptly. Attend and lead coordination meetings, progress reviews, and short-term planning sessions. Liaise with other disciplines to ensure activities are effectively sequenced and resourced. Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the project. Verify that all works are undertaken in accordance with approved RAMS, method statements, and permit systems. Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate upcoming activities and site constraints to contractors. Requirements Trade qualification or relevant construction-related qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience supervising works on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities. Proven ability to work within fast-paced project environments and achieve programme targets. Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or other complex construction projects would be advantageous.
