Job Description The H&K Group seeks a Site Foreperson/Superintendent to lead daily construction operations on civil and sitework projects. This role oversees crews and subcontractors, coordinates equipment and materials, and ensures work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards. The Foreperson/Superintendent collaborates with engineers and project managers to plan work, resolve field issues, track production, and report progress. Responsibilities include enforcing H&K's safety culture, mentoring field staff, maintaining site documentation, and supporting on-time, on-budget project delivery across Mid-Atlantic construction sites.
