Area Manager Salary:

Are you goal driven? Then the Area Manager position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring service delivery consistency across multiple locations, while maintaining alignment with workforce development goals. This position is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of program services and ensuring that contract regulations are adhered to. Essential Functions Build collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to support awareness of available programs and services Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring staff and program resources are utilized effectively and in alignment with program goals and policies Monitor program budgets and expenditures, and provide input to Finance team regarding program fiscal matters Monitor progress toward contractual performance targets, develop solutions for performance issues, and prepare performance reports Conduct secondary review and provide authorized approval for all WIOA applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements Review CWDS records to ensure accurate service delivery documentation and overall compliance of participant case files Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 5-7 years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude' Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Regional travel required Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required Bring your expertise to EDSI where you will be able to live our values every day:
