We are committed to excellence and innovation in the construction sector, particularly within the union job site landscape. Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee projects and manage labor on our union job sites. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in project management and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery with a strong understanding of the Philadelphia construction market. The Project Manager will also facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure projects align with organizational goals and standards. Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple construction projects in the Tri-state area, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and other project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, presenting regular project updates. Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in union settings. In-depth understanding of the Philadelphia construction market. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Working Conditions:
This position will require on-site presence as well as in office working
