We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and action-driven Home Builder - Superintendent to join our team. If you're an individual who's ready to take charge, manage multiple contractors, and ensure we're building the best custom homes for our clients, we want to hear from you!

As a key player in our team, you will drive the success of our custom home builds by maintaining tight control over schedules, quality, and communication with both customers and subcontractors. You'll be the one overseeing multiple job sites, coaching contractors, and ensuring every home is delivered on time, at the highest standard, and with the best possible experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of contractors, ensuring the highest quality standards are met on each custom home we build.

Own the organization and efficiency of your construction schedule-time is critical, and you'll make sure everything is executed seamlessly.

Be the key point of contact for homeowners, providing an excellent experience by maintaining proactive communication and addressing their needs daily.

Ensure all work is done to spec through thorough inspections and on-site training for contractors.

Travel between home sites regularly to monitor progress, inspect quality, and make sure deadlines are met.

Maintain a high level of organization to guarantee the smooth execution of each project.

Uphold all safety policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment for everyone.
Qualifications:
Previous residential or commercial construction experience, or relevant education.

Strong leadership ability with a knack for motivating and directing teams.

Passionate about working with people-whether that's contractors or homeowners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep everyone on the same page.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Willingness to travel locally and work 50-60 hours a week.

Must be a self-starter with a drive to excel and improve-constantly looking for ways to get better and do things faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
