OVERVIEW
Traditions of America - a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities - seeks a motivated and highly organized Construction Project Manager for our Rose Ridge community in Allison Park, PA. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee the home building process from start to finish. You will be the primary onsite manager of a multi-million dollar residential development and work one-on-one with subcontractors and homebuyers, alike. Opportunities to interact directly with Executive Management Team. This position has significant room for advancement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversight of all aspects of the residential construction process, including scheduling and supervision of subs and trade partners Regular customer interaction and relations Quality control and code compliance inspections, including job safety compliance to OSHA and SWPPP standards Material ordering and management Managing warranty and service work assignments Ensuring site cleanliness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior residential construction experience - 2 years minimum Ability to read blueprints and perform labor, tech and punch-out work when necessary Strong time management and organization skills Minimum 2 years industry experience with proven ability to lead a team
SALARY:
Competitive compensation package, salary commensurate with industry experience

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
