Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Production Manager to oversee our roofing and siding projects from the time they're sold until the final customer walkthrough. This isn't a desk job. It's a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule roofing and siding projects Order materials and ensure they're delivered accurately and on time Manage subcontractor schedules and daily production Visit job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Resolve production issues quickly and professionally Perform final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with the sales and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation and job status updates What We're Looking For Experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects Roofing or siding experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem solver who stays calm under pressure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software What We Offer Competitive salary: $60,000-$70,000 , based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Paid vacation and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow The chance to make a real impact on a growing organization About C&C Family Roofing & Siding For over 35 years, C&C Family Roofing & Siding has built a reputation for quality workmanship, honest service, and treating customers like family.
