Job Description

C&C Family Roofing & Siding is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional for a hybrid role combining residential roofing project management with repair sales. This is not a traditional sales position or a desk-based project management job. You will be in the field managing active roofing projects, communicating with homeowners and crews, and meeting with customers who need roofing repairs. The ideal candidate understands residential roofing, communicates well, solves problems quickly, and is comfortable managing projects while also identifying and closing repair opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Roofing Project Management
  • Manage approximately two to three active roofing projects per day.
  • Confirm job scope, materials, permits, crew assignments, and project readiness.
  • Conduct job-start, progress, and completion inspections.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout the project.
  • Monitor workmanship, property protection, cleanup, and adherence to the contract.
  • Address job-site issues quickly and professionally.
  • Document project progress, changes, and customer communication.
  • Complete final walkthroughs and assist with collection of outstanding balances.
  • Identify appropriate add-on work and referral opportunities. Roofing Repair Sales
  • Run approximately two to three scheduled repair appointments per day, based on project-management demands.
  • Inspect and diagnose roof leaks and other roofing concerns.
  • Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners.
  • Prepare repair scopes and pricing.
  • Close repair opportunities and collect required payments.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure a clean handoff to production.
  • Recognize when a roof is beyond repair and transition the opportunity to the replacement sales team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Residential roofing or exterior-remodeling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Project management, production, estimating, or in-home sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, installation practices, and common repair issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs, appointments, and priorities throughout the day.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to take ownership of issues.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Solid organizational and documentation habits.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely access and inspect residential roofs.

Compensation:
  • $60,000-$70,000 annual base salary
  • 10% commission on collected repair revenue
  • Target annual earnings of approximately $125,000
  • Compensation is performance-based, and total earnings will depend on repair sales production.
Typical Schedule:
This is a full-time field position.
A typical day may include:
  • Morning job starts and crew coordination
  • Roofing repair appointments
  • Midday project-progress inspections
  • Homeowner updates and issue resolution
  • Completion inspections and collections
  • End-of-day documentation and preparation Some early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays may be required depending on project schedules and customer appointments.
