Job Description

Company Overview NMBOC is a national commercial general contractor and facility maintenance company supporting multi-site retail brands, property managers, and commercial operators across the United States. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our national footprint by developing new client partnerships and growing existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property management, leasing, facilities, or commercial real estate who understands how buildings operate and is ready to transition into a high-earning sales role. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, retail operators, and commercial clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, build-outs, and facility maintenance services Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Represent NMBOC professionally in the field and at events Qualifications Background in property management, leasing, facilities, or commercial real estate preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
