We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely service brings us new clients, and we're looking to bring on driven and hardworking individuals to keep up with our growing demand. National Maintenance and Build Out Company is looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Construction Coordinator. A construction coordinator with NMBOC is responsible for working with our project managers and estimating team to recruit subcontractors for various trades and track job progress .
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation skills Ability to work with and quickly learn new computer programs Ability to multitask Problem solving skills / critical thinking skills Highly organized Ability to work in a team environment Professional telephone etiquette Ability and willingness to learn product basics Experience in ProCore web programming is a plus, but not required.
Duties and Expectations:
Work within a team to bring a project or scope of work to fruition Create and manage work processes to meet the changing needs of our customers Coordinate subcontractors of various trades Maintain database record for all projects Order materials from vendors Create, email, revise and follow up on all contract paperwork Ensure all insurance requirements are met Handle permitting needs for jobs.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Some College or Trade school preferred, but not required.
Experience:
Some experience in construction or building maintenance is preferred. Permitting and township experience is a plus . National Maintenance & Build Out Co., offers full time employees 401K plans, medical and dental insurance plans, and competitive salary based on experience.
