Site Superintendent Custom Craft Lansdale, PA | Full-Time | Onsite | $32-$40 per hour Love Being in the Field? Lead the Jobsite Where Great Craftsmanship Happens. Custom Craft is looking for a Site Superintendent who has earned their reputation through hands-on residential construction experience and is passionate about delivering outstanding craftsmanship on every project. What You'll Do Oversee daily field operations on residential remodeling projects. Perform skilled carpentry as needed while leading jobsite execution. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to company standards. Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites. Review project plans and monitor construction progress. Verify workmanship and quality throughout each phase of construction. Identify and resolve field issues quickly. Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics. Work closely with project managers to keep projects on schedule. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship. What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience. Strong hands-on carpentry background. Experience leading crews or supervising jobsites. Excellent understanding of residential building practices and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional carpentry tools.
