What you'll do Run 2 to 3 remodels at a time, from design handoff to final walkthrough Keep schedules current in Buildertrend and have POs, work orders, and change orders ready two weeks ahead Be the homeowner's main contact, with weekly updates and clear answers Lead our carpenters and trade partners on your jobs Review estimates before a sale and protect budgets and quality You're a fit if you Have 5+ years in residential construction and have run jobs end to end (schedule, budget, subs, clients) Have used Buildertrend, JobTread, CoConstruct, or similar software Know how a house goes together, even if you aren't a master carpenter Earn a crew's respect through preparation and follow-through Live within a reasonable commute of Lansdale Pay and benefits $80,000 to $90,000 base, plus production bonus incentive 100% medical coverage for staff Retirement plan with company match Paid time off Mileage and cell phone reimbursement Apply today.
