Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Conduct daily site inspections and address any construction issues proactively. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management teams. Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Identify and resolve conflicts, delays, and field-related challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a construction leadership role at minimum. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple project phases simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office applications. OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
