A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Construction We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and help ensure seamless coordination between the office, field teams, owners, and architects.
Hours:
7:30 AM- 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM On-site position (no remote option) The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, dependable, and eager to learn.
Project Managers:
Schedule meetings and appointments Order project materials and supplies Prepare letters, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders Manage project submittals and documentation Maintain and organize project files in Google Drive Prepare Gantt schedules and mark up PDF plans Send invitations to bid, assemble RFIs, and distribute addenda Update contact information in Outlook and Sage Assist with IT coordination and marketing materials Point person to manage company's social media accounts Maintain notary license Provide Accounting Support (Under Controller's Oversight) Enter invoices into Sage Reconcile credit card and vendor statements Manage certified payroll Core Values We Look For Professional- Ability to be organized, and efficient; professional appearance and conduct Communication
