Commercial Construction Location:
Manheim, PA A well-established, family-owned commercial GC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What They're Looking For Strong hotel/hospitality/multifamly construction experience required 10+ years of commercial construction experience Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $70M+ Background with multistory/multibuilding hotels, apartments or similar complex projects Experience with precast & post-tensioned concrete elevated decks Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, buyout & subcontractor management Microsoft Project experience; Bluebeam, Viewpoint & Revit a plus The Role Lead projects from contract award through completion Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, RFIs, submittals, change orders & billing Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors & field teams Partner closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality & safety Lead client/project meetings and mentor junior team members Why Consider It Established family-owned GC in business since 1990 Strong background in hospitality and large-scale commercial construction Full-service capabilities across preconstruction, general construction & design/build Diverse project portfolio with work throughout the East Coast Strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, quality & repeat business Opportunity to lead large, complex projects with an established contractor LAC-123
