Description Interviewing now for Long Term I-83 project (4 year) starting in Fall of 2026 - Transportation Construction Manager (TCM): Responsibilities Managing a large inspection staff and all project documentation including daily reports, change orders, pay items and schedules.
Coordinating with contractors to document it's work complies with plan, specifications and contract requirements. Tracking progress and resolving delays and cost issues.
Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor. Eligibility Three (3) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor 1 (TCIS-1) or higher, and has PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level III or IV Certification in Highway Construction.
