This position will have two primary areas of responsibility: Office Administration and Construction Administration Coordination. The successful candidate will help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient workplace while also managing the administrative flow of Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and other construction-phase documentation for AEI's Architecture and MEPFP projects.
