Project Manager is responsible for coordination, control, execution, and completion of off-site modular construction projects—delivering on time and on budget and ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate and collaborate with end customers to manage their expectations, as well as with all

project team members and vendor, contractor, and partner teams: Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Review submittals, compose and submit RFI's, develop and enforce comprehensive project schedules, monitor look ahead schedules, and release material procurement relative to the schedule needs, Organize inspections, special inspections and customer inspections and coordinate site work activities (if necessary) Chair weekly project meetings, document meeting minutes, complete LEED paperwork, track budget, and coordinate financial accounting File management for all email communications, project information, safety reporting, and close-out documentation Nurture relationships with outside firms and personnel to maintain relations Stop any work conducted in an unsafe manner Assist in setting quality and performance goals with the Quality Assurance/Safety Team Familiar with building codes to monitor compliance Create and price Change Orders and generate all monthly invoicing Coordinate, review and approve all invoicing from sub-trades in conjunction with all contract payment terms and conditions to prevent non-compliant payouts Monitor the approval process of all projects with Third Party and other agencies having jurisdiction to assure timely approvals on projects To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in off-site modular and/or on-site building construction project management with background in Quality Assurance, Estimating, Purchasing, and Accounting Understand profit and loss and basic business finance for comparison of actual expenses versus estimated costs Use math to solve problems pertaining to construction details, heights, lengths, widths, clearances and construction functions P&L management abilities Read, comprehend, interpret, analyze and/or apply: Bids, blueprints and sketches, project schedules, technical specifications, and/or technical manuals, proposals, contracts purchase orders, financial statements, etc. Details of construction three-dimensionally to comprehend and convey intent to others Work outside or inside, in all seasons, in a range of temperatures PC proficiency in a Windows environment, experience with SmartSheets and Salesforce a plus Valid driver's license and able to travel to destinations within the USA and abroad Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding verbal and written English. Second language is a plus Standard hours are between 7AM and 3:30
