Job Site Supervisor What you'll do Lead and oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Manage and coordinate construction schedules construction management software to meet project deadlines. Supervise teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear direction and maintaining high standards of safety and quality Monitor construction safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and federal safety standards, conducting safety meetings, and addressing hazards promptly. Oversee quality control processes, inspecting work for compliance with contracts, building codes, and industry standards. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure scope adherence and manage project risks effectively. Coordinate construction schedules with project teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions as needed. Utilize construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking. What we're looking for Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety guidelines. Proficiency in construction management software. Demonstrated ability managing teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality control. Strong understanding of construction scheduling techniques and tools to coordinate multiple phases of a project seamlessly. Experience with managing contracts, change orders, budgeting processes, and project estimating. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead crews confidently while liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
