This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Orefield, Pennsylvania, offering hands-on involvement with projects throughout the surrounding portfolio.Note:
Candidates must have 5+ years of construction management or project management experience and hands-on experience working on both the design/preconstruction side and the field/construction side of projects. Strong organization, drive, communication skills, and technology proficiency are also essential. Job Description Manage projects from design and preconstruction through construction, opening, and final closeout. Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors. Own and monitor project budgets, schedules, bidding, contracts, procurement, and change orders. Review drawings and specifications for constructability, cost efficiencies, and value-engineering opportunities. Maintain strong field involvement to monitor progress, quality, design standards, and project execution. Help select contractors and vendors and participate in negotiations and procurement decisions. Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions to construction and coordination challenges. Support renovations, expansions, capital improvements, and new development projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. Partner closely with ownership and internal stakeholders to establish priorities and keep projects moving forward. Qualifications 5+ years of construction management or project management experience. Demonstrated experience on both the design/preconstruction and field construction sides of projects. Strong knowledge of construction budgets, schedules, drawings, specifications, contracts, bidding, and change orders. Highly organized, driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with ownership, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Proficiency with technology and modern project management tools. Hospitality, hotel, resort, luxury, or other high-end construction experience is strongly preferred.
