Field Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis. Prepare training and development plans that address business needs. Track issues and implement solutions. Communicate with patients and caregivers, providing feedback when necessary.

Field Service Coordinator Requirements:

Must be fluent in conversational Spanish. Field work within home care experience. Communication and people person skills. Must be a team-player. Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workloads. Valid driver's license and your own car. Angels On Call is Pennsylvania's Premier Home Care agency.
