This is a traveling, project-based opportunity for a hands-on field leader from a custom construction background. Overview:

Own the full installation from mobilization through final customer acceptance, coordinating with the GC, subcontractors, and third-party trades. Build and maintain a daily work plan to track progress, close gaps, and keep crew assignments clear. Inspect work daily against quality standards and drive corrective action before defects get built in. Supervise company crew and locally hired labor — assign tasks, coach performance, and remove workers who do not meet standards. Manage on-site materials, track spending against budget, and coordinate delivery schedules with the home office. Run daily safety briefings, enforce PPE use, and stop work immediately when unsafe conditions arise. Handle travel logistics for the installation team and report regularly to the home office on schedule, budget, and quality.

Requirements:

Must be open to a traveling, rotation-based schedule — formal rotation structure is actively being developed. Background in carpentry, millwright, ironworker, sheet metal, or similar custom construction trades. Proven experience supervising crews through full installation scopes. Strong organizational skills across schedules, budgets, logistics, and people. Comfortable working at heights and on active job sites in all conditions; occasional lifts up to 100 lbs.
