Senior Project Manager, Construction BFW Group LLC Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $120,000 - $140,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Disability insurance Relocation assistance Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Cost management Estimating software Contract management Microsoft Excel Construction project management Schedule management ProCore Full Job Description BFW Group LLC provides Construction Project Management, Staff Augmentation, Owners Representation, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Quality Control (QA/QC), Land Development Consulting Services, and FF&E Management to Developers, Non-Profits, Govt, Schools, Institutions, and large General Contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. BFW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage various construction projects throughout the region. BFW is a CM Agency.
Duties Include:
Staff design development meetings and work with design team on various projects Supervise and deploy BFW Project Managers Lead weekly Project Management meetings Review project schedules and anticipate delays and cost of those delays Assist with reviewing and negotiating A.I.A. contracts Work with the team to develop cost estimates and schedules Manage Voucher, payment schedule, change order, RFI and Submittal processes Conduct field inspections at job sites and ensure that design intent and the Owner's requirements are being met Perform weekly or monthly reports as required by Client Manage punchlist process with design team Manage building handoff and any warranty items for up to one year at the Client's request.
Qualifications:
At least 7 years' experience in Construction Project Management Detailed knowledge and experience with A.I.A. contract Agreements Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and Suite, Procore, Scheduling and Cost Estimating Software Able to work well with and lead a Team Ability to multitask PMs, Architects and Engineers, PEs encouraged to apply.
