Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Enforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with Project Managers to achieve project milestones and budget objectives. Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports. Ensure successful project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover. The Successful Applicant A successful Building and Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and best practices. Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Understanding of scheduling software and project management systems. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
