Mission Critical Locations:

Pittsburgh, PA | Frederick, MD | Salt Lake City, UT Are you a Superintendent or Construction Manager who prefers being on site driving delivery rather than sitting behind a desk? I'm supporting a fast-growing mission-critical engineering business delivering major data center projects across the US . They currently have around 12 active projects , several hundred million dollars of backlog, and are expanding across: Pittsburgh, PA Frederick, MD Salt Lake City, UT This is not a traditional Project Manager role. They need strong field construction leaders who can manage subcontractors, coordinate with the GC/client, solve site issues and connect the field with engineering and project management.

The role:

You'll take ownership of field execution across technically complex data center projects, including: Managing subcontractors and trade partners Coordinating with the GC, client and project teams Driving safety, quality and schedule Resolving constructability and field issues Identifying scope gaps and potential change orders Coordinating electrical, mechanical and low-voltage interfaces Supporting installation through testing and handover Project scope includes BMS, EPMS, controls, fiber, structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure . You do not need to be a controls engineer or BMS programmer. What we're looking for: Suitable backgrounds include: Construction Manager Senior / Project Superintendent General Superintendent Electrical / MEP Superintendent Field-focused Project Manager You should have strong experience in: Field construction management Subcontractor coordination Construction sequencing Schedule and quality ownership Safety Client / GC interface RFIs, scope changes and change orders Data center experience? Highly beneficial, but not essential. Candidates from complex electrical, mechanical, mission-critical, healthcare, aviation, industrial or low-voltage construction will also be considered.

BMS/BAS/EPMS
