Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Site Administrator. As a Site Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of our site by assisting with warehouse and administrative tasks. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support management with daily operations. Provide support with essential floor tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of all merchandise and inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies and vision within the warehouse. Prioritize secure and organized record-keeping using the designated systems. Ensure employees have the necessary tools for their tasks. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and order processing in a timely manner. Manage incoming and outgoing calls as needed. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Maintain ongoing communication with the site manager to ensure tasks meet their standards. Motivate and coach employees in a positive manor to meet productivity expectations in line with guidelines if and when requested.
Job Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in office administration or a related field. Must be Bilingual (English-Spanish). Attention to detail and accuracy in timely data entry and record management. Ability to perform basic math skills and counting for inventory tasks. People person and positive demeanor. Ability to create good relationships and encourage others in order to promote a productive environment. Proficient in general computer skills, such as Emailing, Microsoft, and Scanners, and the ability to learn existing computer systems and programs. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage information discreetly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
