Job Description
Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations on residential and light commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional ready to step into a leadership position where quality, accountability, and team development are top priorities. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will serve as the primary on-site leader, setting expectations, solving problems, and delivering a positive experience for both clients and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily on-site construction and restoration activities from project kickoff through completion
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Ensure job sites meet safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations at all times
- Communicate effectively with property owners, vendors, and internal teams to provide clear updates and resolve issues
- Conduct site inspections, manage materials, and oversee final walkthroughs and closeouts
- Maintain a professional, solutions-focused presence on every job site Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction experience; restoration, remodeling, or renovation experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading field crews and managing subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, budgeting, and change management
- Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and project documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally to clients and partners
- Proven commitment to job site safety, quality control, and accountability
