Miller Bros. Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced Superintendent with strong leadership skills to join our team. We are looking for someone who can lead from the field, communicate effectively, take ownership of the project, and build strong working relationships with our employees, subcontractors, clients, and project team. The Superintendent plays a key role in making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Miller Bros. standards. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate people and resources, anticipate challenges, and keep the project moving forward. What You Will Do Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities on commercial, industrial, and other project sites. Provide clear direction and leadership to field employees, subcontractors, and other project personnel. Plan, coordinate, and monitor work to maintain project schedules and productivity. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractor activities. Monitor jobsite safety and reinforce Miller Bros. safety expectations and procedures. Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements. Communicate regularly with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other project stakeholders. Identify potential issues early and work with the project team to develop solutions. Review plans, specifications, schedules, and other project documents. Conduct and participate in jobsite meetings and coordination activities. Monitor project progress and communicate schedule, manpower, material, and other needs to the project team. Maintain a professional, clean, organized, and productive jobsite. Lead by example and help develop the skills and capabilities of field employees. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role. Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate, direct, and hold others accountable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents. Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials, and jobsite operations. Ability to plan ahead, prioritize work, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. Ability to work effectively with employees, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project management. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with construction technology, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office is a plus. OSHA 30 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
