Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead, coach, and drive performance for our residential service team. This role is ideal for a sales-focused manager with a proven ability to drive KPIs, revenue, and team accountability. A background in the HVAC trades is not required—we value leadership, operational discipline, and sales management experience above all. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the residential service department to meet and exceed revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Conversion rates Average ticket Revenue per call Call completion rates Coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable for performance and professionalism Partner with dispatch and operations to optimize scheduling, call flow, and productivity Implement sales processes, pricing strategies, and performance standards Conduct ride-alongs, team meetings, and regular performance reviews Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation Analyze reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales management, service management, or operations leadership Strong ability to coach teams and drive performance through metrics Comfortable holding employees accountable while building trust and morale Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth Supportive leadership team Stable, established residential customer base Long-term career growth potential H&Hmay conduct pre‑employment background checks and drug testing, subject to applicable law.
