COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT
An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family. This company serves markets including, ground up cold storage.
TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to manage and run projects $15M+
  • Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
  • Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
  • Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.
S. Experience building industrial, commercial or light commercial
