Responsibilities Provides direct, on-going supervision and support to Direct Support Staff (Day Program). Develops and implements Program Plans for all assigned consumers. Facilitates quarterly ISP meetings for all consumers in service. Provides active training and support to the consumers receiving services at the ATF. Assists with training Direct Support Staff (Day Program) and develops staff training programs in collaboration with the Program Manager Acts as liaison between the ATF and family members, school districts and both Agency operated and non-agency operated residential programs. Assists consumers in the development of job skill training, social skills, cognitive development, recreational interests, health maintenance, communication, sensory motor and perceptual skills, and emotional stability. Assists supervisory staff and consumers in maintaining the site in accordance with internally established quality standards and applicable federal, state and local regulations and codes, including health, fire and sanitation standards. Completes all documentation in an objective, concise and comprehensive manner. Reads, consults, and adheres to Agency Policies and Procedures. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

8am to 4pm Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent plus 2 years experience in the human services field. Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
