Apply Using LinkedIn Interviewing now for Long Term I-83 project (4 year) starting in Fall of 2026 - Transportation Construction Supervisor (TCIS): Responsibilities Supervising a large inspection staff and all project documentation including daily reports, change orders, pay items and schedules.
Coordinating with contractors and making sure work follows plans, specifications and contract requirements. Tracking progress and resolving delays and cost issues.
Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor. Eligibility Four (4) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher, and has two (2) of the following three (3) certifications: PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level II Certification in Highway Construction.
